Bruno Mars- Just The Way You Are~ high notes?

Can't seem to hit the high notes in the part "when you smile" , and "just the way you are" refrain without using my falsetto I'm a tenor I'm asking what's the easiest way to hit it. My voice is high but I have problem doing it so. I really want to sing this in my talent show, also can you guys give me the notes on that part if its A or B# or D in "when you smile" or "just the way you are" so ill play it in the piano.
