PC to destination router not pinging?

Sounds like you're not igning the correct ip address as the gateway. Remember the Riyad router has two interfaces, one for the LAN where the PC is, and one to the WAN where Kuwait is. Each of those interfaces have different ip addresses. Make sure you are igning the correct ip to the gateway.
